Yes. All hallmarked gold jewellery is certified as per applicable government or authorized hallmarking standards. Purity details are mentioned on the invoice.
2Do you provide purity guarantee?
Yes. Purity is guaranteed as mentioned on the bill. However, there is no guarantee against wear, tear, or breakage after purchase.
3Are gold and silver prices fixed?
No. Gold and silver prices change daily based on market rates. The final price is applicable on the billing date.
4Can I exchange my old jewellery?
Yes. Old jewellery can be exchanged as per our exchange policy. The exchange value depends on jewellery type, purity, weight, and condition.
5Do you offer cash refund for old jewellery?
Yes. Cash refund is available as per our buyback policy. Deductions may apply based on jewellery condition and current rates.
6Are making and labour charges applicable?
Yes. Making charges and labour charges apply on new jewellery and during exchange, repair, or conversion services.
7Can non-hallmarked jewellery be exchanged?
Yes. Non-hallmarked jewellery can be exchanged, but valuation and deductions will apply as per store policy.
8Do you repair or resize jewellery?
Yes. We provide repair, resizing, polishing, and alteration services. All repair works are chargeable.
9What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (as per legal limits), UPI, cards, and other approved digital payment methods.
10Is the invoice mandatory?
Yes. The invoice must be preserved for future exchange, repair, or service requests.

Yes. Diamond jewellery buyback or exchange is available as per applicable policy and valuation.

Yes. Exchange and buyback values are calculated based on the prevailing market rate on the transaction date.
14Is there any guarantee on stone setting?
No. There is no guarantee on stone or setting loss after purchase or repair.
