All hallmark and purity claims are based on applicable certification standards at the time of sale.
Natural wear and tear, breakage, or damage after purchase is not covered under any guarantee.
Purity guarantee applies only as per certification mentioned on the invoice.
4. Pricing & Market Fluctuation
Gold, silver, and diamond prices are subject to daily market fluctuations.
Making charges, labour charges, taxes, and deductions are applicable as per prevailing policy.
Cash refunds or exchanges are calculated as per rates applicable on the transaction date.
5. Exchange, Buyback & Refund
Exchange, buyback, and refund values depend on jewellery condition, weight, purity, and applicable policies.
Deductions may apply for damage, wear, or non-hallmarked jewellery.
Final valuation will be determined at the store after physical inspection.
Important: All exchanges and refunds are subject to verification and compliance with our exchange policy.
6. Repairs & Alterations
Repairs, resizing, polishing, or alterations are carried out at the customer's request and risk.
Note: All repair work is chargeable. Please consult with our staff before proceeding with any alterations.

Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value mentioned on the invoice.

Retaining the invoice/receipt is mandatory for any future service or transaction.
