Labour & Service Charges
When Labour Charges Apply:
- •Labour charges are applicable when old jewellery is exchanged for new jewellery.
- •Labour charges apply for converting jewellery into Hallmark (91.6).
- •Labour charges apply for repairing or remaking broken or old jewellery.
- •All repairing works are chargeable (artisan/service charges apply).
Note: Labour charges vary based on the complexity of the design, weight of the jewellery, and type of work required. Please consult our staff for exact charges.
Cash Payment Conditions
Old Jewellery Cash Refund:
On cash refund of old jewellery, the value will be:
₹1000 – ₹2000 less per 10 grams
than the current gold rate
Diamond Jewellery Sale:
Sale of diamond jewellery will receive 75% of the original purchase value in cash.
Important: Cash payments are subject to current market rates at the time of transaction. Rates may vary daily based on gold market fluctuations.
Weight & Damage Deductions
- •For old or damaged jewellery, weight will be deducted based on damage or breakage.
- •Any weight loss in used jewellery is the customer's responsibility.
Why Weight Loss Occurs:
- ✓ Natural wear and tear from daily use
- ✓ Scratches and abrasions over time
- ✓ Breakage or bending of delicate parts
- ✓ Loss of small stones or attachments
- ✓ Polishing and cleaning over the years
Customer Responsibility: Please verify the weight carefully at the time of purchase. The shop is not responsible for weight loss that occurs after purchase due to use.
