Exchange with jewellery:
• 100% equivalent 91.6/H.M./22Ct jewellery will be given.
• Only labour charges will be applicable again.
• (Exchange or payment will be calculated as per the weight available after usage.)
Cash back:
On cash refund of old jewellery, value will be ₹1000–₹2000 less per 10 grams than the current gold rate.• 91.6% of the jewellery weight will be paid.

Silver Fancy Jewellery
Exchange with jewellery:
• 70% equivalent fancy silver jewellery + labour charges.
Cash back or silver rate:
• 70% equivalent value
• Silver rate calculated ₹5 less than selling price.
Diamond Jewellery
Exchange:
• 80% of purchase value will be given.
Sale:
• 75% of purchase value will be paid in cash.
Exchange for gold or silver:
• 75% of purchase value will be adjusted.

- ✓ Wear and tear or breakage after use is natural; shop is not responsible.

- ✓ Responsibility of weight loss lies with the customer.

- ✓ Old or damaged jewellery will be weighed after deduction.
