1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, sales, exchanges, repairs, and services provided by Ginni House Jewellers.
By engaging in any transaction with us, the customer agrees to abide by these terms.
2. Pricing & Rates
Prices of gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious materials are subject to daily market fluctuations.
Making charges, labour charges, taxes, and other applicable fees will be charged as per prevailing rates.
Final prices are confirmed only at the time of billing.
Note: Displayed prices are indicative and may change based on current market rates at the time of transaction.
3. Purity & Certification
Hallmarked jewellery is certified as per applicable government or authorized agency standards.
Purity is guaranteed only as mentioned on the invoice.
No guarantee is provided against wear, tear, breakage, or damage after purchase.
4. Weight & Measurement
Jewellery weight is measured using calibrated weighing scales at the time of billing or exchange.
Customers are advised to verify weight and details before completing the transaction.
Any discrepancy raised after leaving the premises will not be entertained.
⚠️ Please verify all measurements at the time of purchase. Weight verification must be done before leaving the store.
5. Exchange, Buyback & Refund
Exchange, buyback, or refund is subject to prevailing store policies.
Valuation depends on jewellery condition, weight, purity, and market rateson the transaction date.
Deductions may apply for damaged, used, or non-hallmarked jewellery.

6. Repairs & Alterations
Repair, resizing, polishing, or customization services are chargeableunless stated otherwise.
Repairs are carried out at the customer's request and risk.
Important: All repair work involves inherent risks. Please discuss all concerns with our staff before proceeding.
7. Payments
Payments may be accepted via cash, digital modes, or other approved methods.
Cash refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per store policy and legal limits.
All payments are subject to verification and compliance requirements.

Note: Cash transactions above legal limits require valid ID and documentation as per government regulations.
8. Invoice & Documentation
Issuance of an invoice is mandatory for all transactions.
The invoice must be preserved for future services, exchanges, or claims.
Transactions without a valid invoice may not be eligible for service.
⚠️ Keep your invoice safe! Without proper documentation, we cannot process exchanges, repairs, or warranty claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the jewellery or service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon display or publication.
11. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, selling, exchanging, repairing, or availing any service from us, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Your engagement with our business constitutes a binding agreement to all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
